it is a stock V6 - i have checked the fuse and pushed the reset bytton in the trunk

i need to know how to replace my fuel pump, it does not work. I was told it is located in the gas tank and to get to it I have to take out my back seat. So I need to know how to get the back seat out also please help

Under the front side of the rear seat you should find a release button oush the button and lift up, while lifting guide the seat belts thruogh their openings.

ok now what about my fuel pump, how do I replace it?

1.) Disconnect the Negative Battery terminal.

 

2.) Depressurize the fuel system.

 

3.) Disconnect Electrical connections.

 

4.) Disconnect fuel lines.

 

5.) The fuel pump has a locking ring holding it in in place it will turn counterclockwise to remove.

Yes the actual fuel pump is mounted in the top of the fuel tank.
