My 1996 Ford Escort keeps throwing the EGR Insuffient Flow code after changing the EGR Valve and the tube. If the EVR goes bad would it throw the code for EGR Insuffient Flow?

It has the 1.9 L EFI SOHC engine, I have tried replacing the EGR Valve and Tube and the code still cam up after driving like 30 miles.
The code is probably still coming on because the DPFE (Differential Pressure Feedback EGR)sensor is defective and kicking the code, replace the sensor.
