f250 rear door electric lock.wont unlock now with key button.
Optional Information: 2002 Ford f250 crew cab 7.3 turbo diese Already Tried: find loose wire, move in case loose terminal, it had taken three months to not open at all, before it was slow to unlock and lock. if lock how to remove. thanks
The problem you are talking about is common. You have a bad electric door lock actuator. You need to replace the solenoid to correct. You can disconnect the actuator and it will not disable the others but it will not unlock electrically until you replace it. You need to remove the door panel and then the latch mechanism to gain access to the actuator. The tricky part is removing the latch mechanism rods.
