1997 Ford Taurus: that is ffv and the fuel pump was changed

Resolved Question:

I have a 1997 Ford Taurus that is FFV and the fuel pump was changed and not sure if a FFV pump was installed. Will it still run E85?

The flex fuel pump and unleaded pump are different in construction. If the pump is not a flex fuel type then you cant run e85 or the pump will rust. The difference in the to pumps is what there made of and how much thay can pump in an hour.
