1999 Ford F250: limited slip rear axle has a shudder..brakes..00 miles

Resolved Question:

My 1999 Ford F250 4x4 with limited slip rear axle has a shudder in the back end when turning. It appears to come from the back around the brakes. It has been doing this for the past 10,00 miles and it does not seem to affect the functioning of the truck. Any suggestions as to what it could be.

HiCustomerthis is lostrider, the concern your having is a fairly common concern on the limited slip rear axles, the clutch packs in the rear axle are binding and will need to be replaced, Ford has a service bulletin out for that concern and here is a copy for you with the part numbers needed for the repair.
