2002 Ford Taurus: cigarette lighter..I do not have my fuse diagram

Resolved Question:

I have a 2002 Ford Taurus. My cigarette lighter does not work so I am unable to charge my cell phone or my GPS unit in the car. I do not have my fuse diagram. My cruise control does not work either. Could this also be a fuse problem?

It would very likely be a fuse problem. Let me look at a diagram and I'll and I can tell you if these are related concerns.

So after looking at the diagram what do you think

There are two fuses that may be invoved. give me a moment and i'll tell you where to look.
Expert:  musicbuff replied 8 years ago.
There is one fuse at the battery fuse box. #18 works the cigarette lighter. The power point is fuse # XXXXX inside the car at the fuse panel. The cruise controll uses 2 fuses. inside the car #'s 17 and 32. This is out of the manual. Let me look to see if they share the same ground circuit.

so do they share the same ground circuit
Expert:  musicbuff replied 8 years ago.
They have seperate grounds. I believe you have more than one problem. If the fuses are good, you may have to have a shop look at the problem. Thank you.
