Yes the diagram is good, but the car will not crank up. Will the car crank up just like it is set up in the diagram or do you add on more parts such as the crank shaft pulley? Before you test to see if it will crank.

Yes, you will need to install the crank pulley and the crankshaft position sensor if you still have them removed. They look like this:

The star wheel on the crank pulley is what produces the signal for the computer to calculate engine position to determine the correct ignition/ fuel timing. It will not run without these parts installed.
