Bank 1 is the passenger side

Bank 2 is the drivers side.

O2S11 is the forward most O2 sensor on the Passenger side.

O2S12 is the rear most O2 sensor (behind the cat converter) on the passenger side.

O2S21 is the forward most O2 sensor on the Driver's side.

O2S22 is the rear most O2 sensor on the Driver's side.

The base part number for the Oxygen sensors is: 9F472 for O2S11 and O2S21.

The base part number for the Cat Converter Monitor Sensors is: 9G444 for O2S12 and O2S22.
