Hello and welcome to justanswer.com

Ford recommends motorcraft coolant but you can use other manufacturers. Just make sure that if you removed green or yellow coolant that you put the same back. As far as oil goes Ford recommend 5W-20.

Hopefully this answers your question and you accept. Positive feedback is appreciated and please let me know if I can assist you with anything else.

Motorcraft Premium Engine Coolant

VC-4-A (in Oregon VC-5, in Canada CXC-10) or equivalent (green color)

Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant

VC-7-A (in Oregon VC-7-B) or equivalent (yellow color)

NOTE: Use the same type of coolant that was drained from the cooling system. Do not mix coolant types.
