1999 Ford: Rv...super duty..I am replacing the Brake pads on the front

I have a Rv. It is built on a 1999 Ford E450 super duty truck. I am replacing the Brake pads on the front and back. At the moment I am trying to remove the caliper from the disc and can't work out how to do it. Can you help?

Ron, This does not look like what I am looking at. I am looking at the rear caliper and it seems to be pinned not bolted at the top and bottom. I have not gotten to the front yet. Can you help me with the back assembly?

How do you bleed the brakes once all the pads are replaced?
If you didnt open the system you dont need to bleed them.
