The Emergency Flasher switch is part of the Turn signal switch & is on top of the steering column

The Flasher Relay apparently is what you are wanting. It is the component that flashes the lights when you turn on your Turn Signals.

It is located in the Auxillary Relay box 2 behind driver dash
