i have a 98 ford ranger. my abs light came on and stayed on for a minute or two right after starting my truck. this happened once last week and again this morning. what do i need to do?

When the ABS light comes on its because the ABS system is seeing a systems fault. When this happens a code is stored in memory. What you need to do is have the ABS system scanned and the code or codes retrieved. Once you have the code or codes then we can direct you to the proper repair.
