Enclosed are instructions for removing the tail lamp assemble, once you have it out turn the bulb sockets counter clock wise to remove bulbs.graphic

Ron's answer was not even close. There is no rear panel. Wasn't worth the cost

The instruction I sent were right out of the Ford manuel for changing rear bulbs.
