This sensor is mounted at the front of the engine, just below the manifold. Look at the illustration below. It also acts as a MAP sensor as well.

If you are trying to install a "performance chip" type of deal, I have to recommend that you don't. All this does is fool the computer into thinking the outside air is very cold, making it dump more fuel.

This will enrichen your fuel mixture so much that the car will have poor fuel economy, smoke alot, misfire, and can damage your emissions control devices, especially you catalytic converter (very, very expensive)... if you still have any warranty left on your vehicle, it will be voided.
