How to install a replacement power window motor in a Ford Windstar van?

Reply to Cheeko's Post: 2003 Ford Windstar....Drivers Side Power Window has failed. Order part but was not correct motor part. Took door apart, motor does not seem easy to replace. Appears you must take the entire window and raise/lower unit out to disassemble the power motor unit. Window actually got worse and worse over operating time...you would have to give the window a push or pull and then it stopped altogether in a postion with about a 2 inch drop or opening. There appear to be no bolts to remove motor from the raise/lower arms. Does not seem easy to replace. Is this really a garage job. Replace these motors on other Fords AOK without much trouble. Should I only use Ford parts here?
