That does work is turning on my headlights and then my left blinker

Pressing the brake doesn't work. The only thing that does work is turning on my headlights and then my left blinker. Do you know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Check the brake lamp operation,if they dont work then the shifter wont allow the shift interlock solenid to move and the shifter move out of park. Check the brake lamp switch and electrical connection.Make sure you have power going into the brake switch on the pedal and coming out when the pedal is depressed.No power at all, check fuses,no power out of the switch depressed, means the switch is bad.
