The lower seat bottom has to be removed first. It has two retaining clips holding it in place, oine under each side of teh seat, about directly center of where someone would sit. To remove it, push the seat bottom to the rear of the car and slightly down, then pull up on it. The seat bottom will them come out. Next you will need a 10mm socket and a ratchet, you will see several 10mm bolts on the seat back at the bottom, remove them and lift the seat back up and remove, installation is the reverse process. be sure to slide the seat bock down into the top retainer clips first, and don't forget your seat belts.
