Hello, my name is***** would start by changing the oil and the oil filter. A cheap or dirty oil filter and the wrong weight oil will cause this on your engine. If the oil has been changed and the noise is still present then most of the time it is an issue in the timing chain or it can be more serious like a rod knock. The most common issue I have seen on this engine is a timing chain tensoiner or guide that is failing which causes this same noise. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
