My Lincoln Navigator running boards are beginning to tilt

Customer Question

My Lincoln Navigator running boards are beginning to tilt downward. This happened after I got new tires at DTW; is this relative to my problem?

good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist

the only way that could have happened is if the shop that did the tires set the lift and raised the truck with the running boards in the down position. if they did, the lift may have come in contact with the boards bending them.
