Customer Question

I have a 2011 Lincoln MKT Ecoboost, with 70,000 miles. We bought it 6 months ago with 56,0000 miles. There is a vibration at all speeds. It had brand new tires on when we purchased it. Had the balanced at the Lincoln dealership, but that didn't seem to help. Went back, and had them load force balanced. That didn't help, either. We purchased a brand new set of tires (the "old" ones had less than 2,000 miles on them), but the problem remained. I had the read shocks replaced, but that changed nothing. I'm wondering what my next option might be?
JA: What is the model of your '11 Lincoln?
Customer: Thank you,
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: See above
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: not really. The car has never been involved in an accident of any kind
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Lincoln Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

is this awd?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
It is awd. I'll have to check, next time I drive it, if the vibration goes away when placed in neutral at speed.
