Engine quit and the Advancetrac light is on. What do I do?
JA: How many miles are on the car? What size is the engine?
Customer: 225000 kilometers and its the 5.4 engine

Customer: we had problems yesterday and today with the truck dying. The battery was replaced and the alternator was checked and was functioning properly. There was some corrosion on the cable that connects the battery to the alternator. Could that be part of the problem?

It's a 2006 Navigator. It will not crank and start. Only the one Advancetrac light I can see.

Not with me. The alternator and battery were checked yesterday.
