Customer: Inflated suspension on driver side and will not deflate to normal position.

If it is just one corner that is not deflating then the solenoid on the top of the air bag is to blame or the wiring to the solenoid is bad and its not getting a command. Do you have the tools and skills to do scan tool, and DVOM testing?
