So besides the oil light being on are you hearing any unusual noises coming from the engine?

No seem fine light goes out as soon as you hit the gas no other problems

The common cause for this type of problem can be caused by a failing oil pressure sending unit providing you have good oil pressure. To determine if that is the case you are going to need to remove the sending unit and install a Manuel gauge and monitor the oil pressure and if the oil pressure checks okay then replace the sending unit.
