I have a 2000 Lincoln with 78,000 mi. It is overheating the dealer has replaced water pump, cap, ran a conprasion check, it still overheats. what is going on?

You need to add coolant when the engine is cold.Leave the coolant reservoir cap off .After the thermostat opens the coolant level should drop.Then add more.
