Hello, with the theft lamp blinking that means the vehicle cannot read the security chip in the ignition key. If you have another key you can try and see if it will start. If not you will need to see a dealer to test the system and possible program new keys or have a local locksmith come to you have test the system and make a repair.

Light flickers with both keys what is the actual repair

Either there is an issue with the PATS transponder on the steering column that reads the ignition key or problem with the keys themselves. A diagnostic check for codes with a scan tool of the PATS system is required to make sure there isnt any other issues with the system. Most likely replacing the Pats transponder on the steering column and replacing and reprogramming 2 new keys which requires a scan tool .
