My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

This can be a fault with the electronic ignition switch itself as the internal contacts can wear or short out leaving power to components when it shouldn't be.I would have this switch tested to see if this is for sure the cause here and if found to be the fault it will need replaced to correct this issue.

Looking through my info on this model here I don't see a control module that powers these up.This looks like fused power feeds and if the electronic ignition switch was replaced (not the cylinder for the key but the electronic part of the switch) this can indicate a short in wiring leading to these components here. You may have to have the wiring checked in the dash area to locate any shorts needing repaired to correct this fault.
