Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.I will try my best to help you with your question.
Can you change the direction and temperature of the air from the vents?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.
Can you change the direction of the air?
From the dash vents to the floor vents and then to the defroster vents?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done that also the floor and defrost works but the side bents ate the problemthe middle vents do not put out as much air as they used to but they do work onthe side bents you only get air about 3 or 4 inches from the vent

I am having you check and inform me because I cannot physically see your vehicle and these are the checks all good technicians will do before doing any repairs.
Ok.
Open the glove box fully to where it flips down to the floor. Check for papers, plastic bags or anything else blocking the air intake for the AC blower motor under the passenger side of the dash.

That is all clear we have the dash out right now

Then you need to make sure all the doors are working properly and that the Evaporator is clean and does not have a lot of dirt dust or fibers on one side of it which will block the air flow.

Ok will check that out
