so i replaced the radiator and the thermostat on my 2003 lincoln aviator but the coolant is not circulating and that is causing the engine to overheat

If the coolant is not circulating, you may want to inspect the water pump. The impeller that moves the coolant make have broken loose. You will have to remove the water pump to inspect the impeller.
