Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.I will try my best to help you with your question.
Do you have remotes to unlock the doors?
Is it a siren or the vehicles horn?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Locks don't work, siren

You have an alarm on top of the keyless entry system?
Ford does not put an siren on the vehicles from the factory. The problem is in the aftermarket alarm system.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
What can I do? Bought used, don't know anything about keyless entry system!
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.
You will need to disconnect the aftermarket alarm. If you are handy with working around a vehicle and can splice wiring comfortably, I can help you out.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not at all comfortable working around vehicles!!
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.
Ok. You can get it to a radio/alarm shop and have them remove it.
But you will have to get it towed there. Unless you know someone that can come to you.

The alarm itself is internally shorted causing the no start. When they splice in the alarm, they cut into the starter wire at the ignition switch and run it through the alarm module. When the alarm is deactivated with the remote. it completes the circuit to the starter. Otherwise it interrupts the starter circuit and stops the vehicle from starting.
