2002 LS: power steering pump replaced it is a little better

Resolved Question:

The steering on my Lincoln 2002 LS is very hard to turn. I just had the power steering pump replaced it is a little better now but still seems hard compared to my other autos.

Is this the way it is supposed to be or could something else. I also just had it realigned

The valve that adjust the steering assist could have a problem. The best thing is to have the module tested to see if the system is operating properly. If there is a problem than the trouble code can assist in isolating the issue. This will eliminate replacing good parts.
