Customer:

Steve W :

Customer:

Does that help?

Steve W :

Yes, thank you

Steve W :

Here is some possible cause, what needs to be done first is check fluid level and condition and if okay, then a eec test to check for codes, then what we do is monitor EPC pressure and make sure it is not too high during the shift, if the EPC is low and the shift is still harsh then removal of the main control to inpsect the valves and gaskets. It is possible the intermediate clutch could be worn causing a slide bump harsh shift. If there are no codes and the problem is determined to be inside the trans, then it could get expensive, hard to say exactly what the cost would be since we don't know exactly what the cause is. It is a major job if the trans needs overhauled, any more questions just ask, Thanks Steve W
