Just got the E2 message. I had laid it on its side to put in the electric cord underneath and when I stood it up and started it the error message came up right away and nothing works
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: T9350 treadmill
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just turned it off and back on and look to see if there was any obstruction anywhere lated back down stood it up and tried again with the same result
JA: Anything else you want the equipment expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really. It had been working fine up till now

The E2 error on the T9350 indicates a problem with the large data cable.

You will need to check and test or change the large data cable to see if that resolves the problem.

Ensure the cable is securely attached at both ends.

SERVICE WAS FINE.. AFTER i FIDDLED WITH THE INSIDE AT FIRST i GOT NO CHANGE BUT WHEN i PUT IT TOGETHER IT STARTED WORKING RIGHT. tHIS WAS BEFORE YOUR RESPONCE SO i DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED??
i WAS NOT AWARE THAT THERE WAS A $26 CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE, i THAT IT WAS $5. i DID NOT SEE A CHARGE SCHEDULE BEFORE i AGREED TO THE $5.???
