Have a Bowflex TC5500 Treadclimber that is showing Belt Shutdown error, NIPP Comm error
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Bowflex TC5500 Treadclimber approx 3 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Hasn't worked for a month. The main control panel does not seem to be able to communicate with the circuit board underneath the treads. I have tried replacing the cable to no avail. It seems like the Cat 5 port in the board underneath is loose
JA: Anything else you want the equipment expert to know before I connect you?

This is usually the com board down below that has failed or has a bad lug in connector.

Since you tried the cable replacement to no avail, you will need to replace that small board that the main board (console) plugs into to fix this;-)
