Hi and welcome to the site, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.
Initially, have you checked inside / wiring of the console?
Please provide a clear picture of the circuit board / connector inside the console as well as that of the other end to the motor controller are. Click HERE.
I understand and when able please.
If the picture exceeds 5MB, then the system would not allow upload.
Can you please check and/or reduce file size?
Appreciate the pictures.
With "...Power light is on...", then it would likely be that power is reaching the console.
Have you considered / tried a HARD RESET ?
From the picture, there appears to be a 3V coin battery that powers the standby logic funstions. Removing this battery for an extended period of time would simulate a hard reset.
Would you be comfortable giving this a try?
Of course prescribed approach would be a conitnuity check of the wires using a multi-meter.
Say an hour or more with the unit also unplugged. The idea is dissipate over time residual power in the concolse circuitry.
And would look forward to an update when able.
