Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I am looking up exact info on your model ACT of NordicTrack exercise machine. Thank you for your patience while I get your answer together.

Expert:  Russell H. replied 11 days ago.

I have found the information.

Your model, being a kind with a large wide base and two foot-steppers and a bunch of upright poles handles and railings... has no 'moving mode'. It will essentially have to be disassembled a lot, to be lightened up and battened down in order to be moved.

I'm sorry if this is disappointing. But the ACT 10 type of machine really isn't the compacting or foldable type of exercise machine.

I did locate instructions for assembly. Followed in reverse, they will allow you to disassemble the machine for moving.

Would you be interested in those assembly instructions?

Yes thanks.

OK, and thank you for your patience.

The assembly instructions are in the manual (in this case, for the ACT 10 model):

or for the ACT model (not ACT 10, looks simpler, different central stem handles):

In the first case, assembly instructions are from page 8 through page 14,

in the second case, assembly begins at page 6 through page 12.

I hope this information helps.
