My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.
What are you using to grease the belt? Is it the correct type of belt lubricant for your machine?
This problem can occur if the belt is starting wear, and while lubricating the belt can help a little when it is worn and frayed, eventually the belt will need to be replaced.
You can examine the the underside of the belt to determine if it is frayed and catching on the platform.--------------------Kindly rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page if my answer helped so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)Otherwise please reply back if you need further assistance.Pete.--------------------
Ok, have you checked and adjusted the tension of the belt?
Do you have any electronic test equipment available to carry out some tests on the motor?
Check the amp load on the motor when it is running and let me know what it reads?
I mean the walking belt - let me know if it seems too tight or too loose...
You can reply back here any time.
You should be able to lift it around an inch off the platform in the middle area.
Does it run ok when you aren't standing on it?
