Hello, I have the proforma tour de france exercise bike. I've not used it for about two years since I moved. I just plugged it in and turned in the switch. I got no display or even any indication that it was receiving power. Any thoughts?
Plugs tested fine btw.

Press the power switch to the reset position, then check the display again.

If there is still nothing showing on the display, let me know if you have a voltmeter available to take some test readings...

nothing showing on the display and no movement on the bike itself. Usually the bike will move to calibrate itself

I may have a meter, I'll have to check. Where would you want me to test?

You will need to test the voltages on the power supply - follow the cable into the machine, and test along the power supply lines to see where the power stops...
