Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
First, check the outlet, with another device.
Check whether the outlet needs its ground fault button pushed to reset its GFI interrupter.
Second, make sure the power cord is OK along its length, and where it goes into the Proform machine.
Third, look for a switch or circuit breaker near where the power cord goes into the machine.
Press, or flip, that switch or circuit breaker. Wait a few moments or minutes, then flip it again (unless the machine comes to life.)
Fourth, something in the machine has burned out. It will need opening up, examining, and probably some sort of repair.
