Hi Steve,

1. Check for a stuck button on the keypad.

2. Check for loose wiring inside the keypad console.

3. Let me know if any error code is displayed.

Model # ***** ***** There is not a stuck button or loose wiring or any error code. The display showed the track circle and was stuck in manual mode. The console would not send a signal to the circuit board. I could not change the incline or speed. It did take my heart rate (standing still). Would I need to replace the keyboard overlay or the console overlay?

Hi Steve,

Those symptoms would indicate that the console itself has a fault and will need to be replaced.
