Usually when you have no display but you do have lights, the Drive Board Fuse is blown. There should be a total of 3 fuses on that model. Make sure your using a multi-meter to test them with and not going based on visual. The Fuse sizes where the Power Switch is, should be .5A and 7A. The Fuse on the Drive Board should be .5A as well. Here's where the drive board is:

Let me know how it goes.
Need to get a multi meter to check if new fuses are working. All fuses have been replaced
Ok, what happens when you take out the security key and put it back in? Does it change anything? Not having the Key in can also cause this to happen.
Nothing changes when the security key is taken off and replaced. The lines still appear in red on the electronic displays.
Ok, this is what we need to do at this point. Remove the bottom panel first and reseat every removable plug that you can find. Once finished, do the same with the top. Sometimes the vibrations over time can loosen the connection of one of the circuits that in turn, severs the data line connection to the panel. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks. I am away from the treadmill for next 10 days so will try on my return.
No problem.
