Precor Model#905E SER#30L0360009The unit doesn't turn on with the switch,the switch resets to the off position when pushed. If the unit is unplugged from the a/c outlet the switch stays in the on position?
Optional Information: Make: Precor treadmill Model: 905E Already Tried: I Turned the tread wheel and motor by hand they turn free. Gave a good look see.
You will need to replace the switch(it doubles as a breaker). It may be just the switch itself that has went bad but we won't know for sure until it is replaced. You can get a replacement at this link. Please let me know if you need further help once this is replaced.
The key was the problem, the breaker trips if the key is not installed. I don't own this treadmill.

Why would the key cause the breaker to trip? There must be another issue. Use it awhile and I bet something else will show up. Let me know.
