I have a Horizon T51 Hrc which has not given me any trouble for 5 years however now it is stuck on the highest incline level and wont go down. Any ideas?
there are a few things you can try to get this to start working again
1) unplug machine plug back in
2) take the cover off to expose the incline motor. unplug machine follow wires from incline motor to the control board unplug wires plug back in this should reset it plug machine back in
3) take out the top bolt on the incline motor off and lower the tread turn the plastic sleeve a few times and hook the bolt back in this should free it if it is stuck
if none of the 3 things work you will need to replace the incline motor
cost around $100

Thanks Steve for your info. The instruction manuals do not give a lot of information and as macine is now obsolete hve had trouble getting info but this helps alot will have a look this afternoon and get back to you.

Hi Steve was able to unstick as per your instructions there is obviously something wrong with the incline the trouble is we dont have any techs were we live. SO thanks for your help. I may have to not use the incline from now on and see if I can source a new part.
