On the tag, there will be other numbers/letters, such as CST3.6, or similar. What is listed on the tag?

Hi,

The Treadmill you have is probably a Weslo Free Spirit 815; however, the manufacturer obscures the model number when it is sold by retail stores such as Sears, to prevent price comparisons from specialty stores.

Weslo can be contacted here, or you can try Sears parts in Canada to see if they have it listed. Weslo may have the equivalent model in PDF that can be downloaded, but Sears will charge for a paper copy of the manual.
