Customer Question

The side bars of our Pacemaster Gold Elite treadmill fall out of the connection with the main unit. Also the main unit comes completely off the treadmill. However, we don't really see where any screws have come loose, etc. Is it possible that welded metal parts have broken?

Optional Information:
Make: Pacemaster
Model: Gold Elite

Already Tried:
Not much ... looked to see if a screw was loose or a part broken. The side rails come off on both sides, as well as the whole top.

do you mean the siderails on the deck or the handles you hold?

Customer replied 663 days and 1 hours ago.

If by the deck you mean the bottom part, then it's the handles we hold. The deck all works well and is in one piece. And the handles are securely screwed onto the deck on the bottom. They're coming off at the top. By the way, there is no mention of the full rate for your services -- if we are satisfied with your answer, what will we owe you?

Thanks,
Diane

$16 is the charge if you press accept. Here is the manual for your unit. It has the assembly instructions and shows how the upper assembly goes together. This should be able to give you the info you need to know if anything is wrong.
