Have a My Tracks step counter treadmill. It has power, but when I touch the speed and incline pads I cannot get anything to work. The metal button will activate, but when I try to set my speed and incline, it will not work. What could be the issue?
Optional Information: Make: My Tracks Step Counter Model: Treadmill Already Tried: Plugging and unplugging it in. Resetting with the switch located in the bottom front. Removing the magnet key and letting it set for five or so minutes, going back and will not work. Swearing at it.
Remove the console from the treadmill and remove the backremove and replace the ribbon cables that run from the keypads to the control board (they are flat plastic strips that push into the board).remove and replace all the connections on the consolereattach the console and test. If it still doesn't work, you will need to replace the console.
