Hi,There are a couple of things that will cause feeding problems. The first thing to check is the magazine tube follower. There is an extension on the inner tube because of the curved outer tube. There should be about 3" of spring on the outside of the inner tube. If it is not there rounds will not feed. The second thing is dirt and grease. A thorough cleaning will fix it. Do not use oil on the mag tubes or lifter. Remove the stock, bolt and inner magazine tube. Clean with a degreaser like Gun-Out or Gun Scrubber. Use a bore brush in the magazine tube. Clean the bolt face, make sure the shells can slide up under the extractors.Make sure the lifter (elevator) and lifter spring are free, you can see movement by cycling the bolt. The lifter should move up when the bolt is in the open position. There is a schematic at the following link, it is for a 346, but is the same as your gun.http://stevespages.com/ipb-mossberg-346.html Let me know how you make out with it. Tom
