I have two unfired Rossi ranch hands. One in 357 Mag and one in 44 Mag. I paid a local gunshop to disassemble the stocks and fore grips so I could send them out to be engraved. Once I received them back from the engraver I took everything to the same gun shop for reassembly. After a couple of weeks I called and checked on them and discovered they hadn't been touched. I picked them up figuring I could reassemble them. None of the hardware seems to fit right and none of the bolts fit either. I managed to get the 357 back together but it's not like it should be. The 44 mag remains partly unassembled. Any info as to where I can send them or ideas (I am not a gunsmith) would be greatly appreciated. Steve Shipton
Good evening, Sounds like you need a good gunsmith. I'm sorry that you had difficulty with the place that you went to. If you can tell me your zip code (and the name of the first gunsmith you went to), I'll be happy to locate someone for you who can put your guns back together properly, and in a timely manner.
Thanks. My zip is 32404. The Company I took them to is "Bay Guns & Gear". If you need anything else please let me know

I'm sorry that you had such trouble with Bay Guns & Gear. They actually have a very good reputation. I'm guessing here that they may have just been very busy. Not to worry though, you have other options...Ok, by your zip code, I see that you are in the Panama City, Florida area. You have a few good options in the area that I can suggest to you....
