Does your sight look something like this?
No. The sight I have a plate with model no. Info on the plate is ON122-M78 1/6000 (NNN) NNN-NNNN. Along with some Aribic Writing. The sight has a head rest above the eyesight. Horizontal and vertical adjustments on left side and bottem side of the sight. a tube about 12" extends out the front of the sight, which also seems to be an attachment for mounting. May be Saudi.

What you have is actually an optical sight for a 122mm Howitzer. I would estimate the value in the $200-$300 range.
