Hi Raymond. My name's Lane. I can help you here.

...

I hold a law degree, with concentration in Tax Law, Estate law & Corporate law, a Masters Degree, with specialization in financial accounting & tax, a BBA, and CFP & CRPS designations, as well - I’ve been providing financial, Social Security/Medicare, estate, corporate, non-profit, and tax advice, since 1986…

Please bear with me for a moment, while I prepare your response.

You can do this in several ways.

...

Send in with a prior year voucher, such as this: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040v--2012.pdf

...

You can also pay with a debit or credit card OR from your checking account, by going here: https://www.irs.gov/payments

...

And if you're asking about filing the returns themselves, you would just go about that by sending in the return to the right address:(here's the site that gives you the mailing address by state where you live: https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

...

Note that you'll sometimes get a different address for whether you are sending in a check with the return or not (say, you decided to simply file, and then use one of the electronic methods above to pay)

...

By the way, when you use those electronic methods, you will have an option to specify which tax year the payment is for.

...

And finally, a best practice here is to send in the returns (if that's what you're doing) in separate envelopes.
