There is a business on the the 3.25 acres and the tax $3100 last yr according to TCAD. It should be more this yr

Does your tax bill break it down? What was the total tax bill last year?

If there is a building/business on the 3.25 acres, then the property tax portion will be more than the $1620.52.

I would need additional information to calculate it.
